2. The second and preferred way to create good PVA accounts is through the use of random phone numbers that are listed to the name of an individual. They are much more difficult to create and that is proabably why they have a better life span. There is a number of ways to create these accounts and most are exploited as fast tas an individual can think of them. For example the use of pay phones that accept inbound calls, your own number and those of your friends and relatives and I have even head of people using the phones in cell phone establishments that are working to get a call. The problem with all of these methods is the finite number of phones available and the fact that 99% of them have aready been used.

Now we come to what makes a good PVA and how to get them. The PVA accounts must be made from random phone numbers as mentioned above. They need to be made withing 24 hours of the time you receive them so that you can get the longest life span out of them do to some of the many changes implemented in Craigslist in October 2009. To get the best results the PVA account from New York City for example needs to be created with an IP from NEw York City. The preferred email account to use the creation at this time is Hotmail. They allow an unlimited number of accounts to be forwarded to one email. Gmail has banned this practice and cost owners hundreds of thousands of PVA accounts and Gmail accounts. They currently only allow you to forward no more than 5 accounts to one email.

Creating accounts in this manner is expensive and only a few people have devised a way to get the job done. Some give excellent and others are still using the DID number method and virtually stealing peoples money. Be sure if you use a provider to ask how they create accounts, they will not give you the method but should share whether they have been created with DID or phone numbers registered to individuals. Find a provider that gives good accounts and stay with them. There simply are not many that can still deliver quality accounts. The other option is creating them yourself but if your out chasing payphones and cell phone shops then you wont have any time left to use the PVA accounts and make money.
